It's great to read your story! I can empathize with that feeling of despair you had with Harry Potter ending. It's so hard when something ends and you're not ready for that. I had it with Harry Potter; I've had it with the changes in bandom's landscape... very sad, but it also makes fandom all the more important as an antidote to those unwanted endings.
